Tervis Tumbler Review: Should You Buy This Product?

Every summer, I take my water (and other drinks 😉) out on the lake to keep me hydrated while out in the sun. The Tervis containers are known for their double-walled insulation, which keep the liquid cool while out in warmer temperatures. Personally, me and my family members have used a variety of the Tervis products to take our drinks out on the lake each summer, and they have always worked great and been durable and lasted for years.

Besides the ability of the Tervis products to last through the years while also keeping the liquid well-insulated, the other thing the Tervis company is known for is the customization that you can have for the various products. If you look over their website you will see many variations you can see for their bottles and tumblers, from Star Wars, Marvel, and Harry Potter, to patriotic U.S.A. themed. They have so many different styles and themes, you can for sure find something that fits your style or interest. Personally, both my parents and I have had multiple products from Tervis and they have lasted for years, mostly being used out on the boat in the summer sun.

Here’s my Pros and Cons.

Pros:

- Double-walled insulation. As stated above, the Tervis tumblers do a great job of keep the drinks insulated and at the temperature you want them to remain at.

- Variation of themes. Also as stated above, Tervis has many different themes and styles, which will appeal to many different interests.

- Interchangeable lids. Tervis has these lids that work for a variety of their different types of cups, which is great. We love this because we have a bunch of their lids as well as a bunch of their both tall and short tumblers, so it’s really nice that they don’t all have a different lid to keep track of, but rather can all use the same type of lid. Super convenient and helpful.

- Option of plastic or steel. If you’re wanting to avoid the micro-plastics, it’s real nice that they have the option of the stainless steel cups too.

Cons:

- None. Really, the Tervis products don’t do everything, but they do what they are intended to do, and they do it well.
